Ineffective for us

It didn’t work for us. I followed the manufacturer's instructions, giving it to my 2 and 5-year-old every three hours at the first sign of a cold. However, I noticed no improvement; their illness progressed as usual. The only positive is that the syrup tastes nice, and my children drink it easily.
