I recommended this while in Mexico, and it worked wonders. A superior product that actually functions. I had a relentless cough in Mexico. A local suggested "Honey honey", and although it's available over the counter, I was brought to the local pharmacy. I bought it, and within 4 hours, I was markedly better, sleeping that night, and by midday the next day, my cough was a thing of the past. I was thrilled when it became available in English labels in the US. I use it regularly, especially during cold and flu season.
