From an average person. I was tired of being at my weight and wanted to drop some pounds. Anytime I tried however I could never keep to it partly because I would feel so tired or sore after. I didn't enjoy the feeling of being runned down days after a workout. Also had a bad habit of feeling too lazy to get back to it after a day of recovery. So I'd take a day off, and then another. Eventually I'd stop doing exercising all at once. Enter BCAAs. Specifically this product. When I began I was near 288lbs at 6'1. After just 6 weeks I was down to 265 and 8 weeks in down to 258. My diet, consisted of keeping everything the same but just reducing my sodium intake from whoknowswhat mg, to just 1500-170mg daily. No more laziness after a workout, no more stiffness or feeling groggy the next day. Performance: I would feel less sore for sure. Even after 6 days of working out doing body weight exercises 4 days and 2 days of cardio, I still felt like i could go another day without issue. I would rest of course one day just to relax. Taste: Fruit punch is the flavor I got. For my taste preference I went with one scoop in 12-16 oz of water. The recommended level was just too sour for me. Fruit punch was so good, I reduced drinking sugary drinks, even when it wasn't part of my diet plan. It was that tasty. If you're one of the people like me, who couldn't seem to just stick to it, give it a try. If you're looking to step up your intervals of training, give it a go.
