I experience severe DOMS after leg workouts, particularly from squats. After trying this product right when I felt soreness after my last workout, I was pleasantly surprised to find that my legs felt better the following day. I have used numerous supplements before, sceptical of their effectiveness, but this one worked remarkably well for me. I will continue to use it for recovery.
