Resolved hair thinning
Corrected my thinning hair and acne issues. I've experienced unexplainable thinning hair since high school. I began to develop cyst-like acne, and despite consulting many doctors, I found no relief. I noticed a difference within a few days. I usually wait to write reviews, as I base my decisions on others' feedback, but honestly, my eyes felt less dry, my skin appeared glowing and smooth, and my mood seems to have improved! I have taken fish oil and flaxseed oil for years without such rapid improvement in my skin and eyes. This has also minimised my acne, presumably due to increased moisture.
