A 'must have'. Besides improved skin complexion and reduced acne flare-ups, I'm noticing a significant decrease in chronic back pain. I have multiple back issues, and this Sea Buckthorn Oil Blend has considerably improved my pain reduction.

My new obsession! After injuring my foot, I took one tablet daily for four days, and the bruising disappeared. I've also dealt with significant pain issues but since I started taking it, the pain and related issues have resolved. It's worked miracles for me; I won't be without it.

The effect is not as strong as that of sea buckthorn seed oil. While it helps with acne, I haven’t noticed significant improvements in physical strength or sleep quality. I will switch back to sea buckthorn seed oil.
