Avoids cold
Great for dry eyes, skin, and the immune system. This sea buckthorn oil is the best. It really helps avoid colds and dry, hacking coughs during the winter. It is also amazing for my skin. Since starting on these pills, I haven't had a cold. I take three a day in winter, but just one or two in summer when I don't feel so dried out.
