Destroyed my stomach. This product is incredibly harsh on my stomach. I couldn't pinpoint the cause of my sudden hiccups, indigestion, and nausea until I missed a day's dosage and felt great. The next day I took them again and felt sick. After stopping for a few days and trying again, I felt a fire in my stomach. Avoid this brand if you're even a little sensitive.
