Weight loss success
I bought a bottle of red. There is a butter coffee specialty store near my work, and I used to buy it daily, but it ran out, so I decided to make it myself. The shop recommended 3 tablespoons of oil per cup of coffee (I have chronic constipation, so 3 cups don't fill me up), but for my first attempt, I started with 1 tablespoon. When emulsified well with creamer, it becomes smooth like a latte, allowing me to drink it without feeling oily. I began adding it to my food, and after finishing one bottle, my body fat percentage decreased, which surprised me as I hadn't lost body fat despite trying various diet supplements. My jeans became looser around my stomach and thighs.

Reduced hunger feeling
I consume 5g each of MCT oil and ghee (or grass-fed butter) in my morning coffee. Increasing the quantity can upset your stomach, so I’m carefully adjusting it. With just two meals a day, I don't feel hungry, leading to natural weight loss and decreased food costs. It's effective for soothing my intestines; I think it's even better with decaffeinated coffee.

Improved digestion
My 83-year-old mother suffered from acid reflux and constipation for a long time. We sought help from various doctors, including specialists and TCM practitioners, but nothing worked until we consulted a dietician. The dietician recommended MCT Oil, and with other supplements, her acid reflux and constipation issues disappeared. She feels more energised now, and it’s also added to the meals prepared by our helper. The whole family has benefited; personally, I now experience regular bowel movements.

Quality oil choice
This MCT oil contains only C8 and C10, with the second fastest metabolism after pure C8. Some other brands might include slower-metabolizing C12 acids, but BulletProof products are reliable. I combine this with Sports Research's C8 oil before and after exercise to prevent overeating and for immediate energy. It’s tasteless and has no strong smell, making it easy to use in meals without altering the flavour. However, high-purity MCT oils can make your stomach feel loose, so be cautious with quantities until acclimatised. I suggest a spout design to prevent oxidation.
