Can Seeking Health B Complex Plus Vitamin B12 Help with Feed?

I wish I could say that your product helps but I really don't know. I don't feel any different now than before I started taking this vitamin - I just hope that it's helping. My hair, nails and skin aren't improving but I don't want to say that this vitamin isn't worth taking. Although I have been to some doctors recently, I could have problems or more deficiencies than I know about. You shouldn't insist that people give honest feedback or feedback at all - like me, perhaps they just don't know if the product is improving their health. There is nothing at this time that indicates this vitamin helps me at all, I just take it with hope that it does help
