This isn't my usual brand, but I adore the extra bottle. I've always heard this brand is of higher quality regarding fish oil. I've used it for years to benefit my skin, hair, heart, and brain health. I definitely notice my skin suffers when I skip them. This product also helps lower my inflammation due to my autoimmune conditions, including Hashimoto's and celiac. I did not detect any fishy taste, and while the capsules are quite large, they remain manageable. Alternatives like liquids are available if you struggle with swallowing larger capsules.
