I hope I don't jinx it. Carlson's CLO has greatly improved my routine. After a month of use, I've noted remarkable results. I tend to catch colds and flu often, but since I began this oil, I haven't fallen ill. It has also improved my skin, reducing breakouts and aiding in healing, especially during the winter months.
