Super juicy pumps

Super juicy pumps...I've been cutting for a little over two months now - only been using CLA daily & a multi vitamin, two low carb days followed by one high carb day. Starting weight was 197lbs and I'm down to 189 with about 9-10% bf. Wanted to throw something in the mix to pick up the workouts a bit and this is all I needed. Ridiculous pumps. Drink your water

Cheap and effective.

Great product. Been using it about a month and I've definitely seen results. I have lost over 100lbs in the last two years and am now working on gaining muscle mass. This has given me the added tone and definition I had been missing. Its unflavored so I usually toss it in with my pre work out or my post work out protein shake. Will re order along with Cellucor Molten Chocolate whey protein as well. I also havent felt any side effects or issues with my body since starting it

Great Supplement

Great Value Creatine! Many lifters know the great benefits creatine has in helping increase lean muscle mass. I personally mix with my post workout shake as it dissolves well and disappears into the mix. I would recommend taking only 1 scoop per day either before or after a workout session to keep the gains going

THIS is the creatine you need

Take if from someone who has been lifting weights for 10 years, this is the creatine you need. Very cost effective, no extra crap mixed in, just pure creatine monohydrate. It doesn't give you an energy burst or have any hint of flavor, so you can mix it with any drink at any time of day without worrying about it keeping you up at night. *tip, make sure to increase your water intake with this supplement. Creatine is an excellent tool when used properly, but can also leave you dehydrated if you aren't meeting your water goals

Tread Lightly

Personally I did notice alot of gains, but I had to stop taking this product. I was starting to get severe side effects of Itchy/Dry Skin during the night that was terrible. Literally would not be able to sleep all night long and would have to stay home the next day. I was drinking over a gallon of water a day and didn't change anything..

Pretty good

Despite other reviews, this product does not dissolve well in water, so I have to stir every few sips. On the plus side, it's very easy to take and it's flavorless so it's suitable for anyone. In my opinion, it's pretty cheap for the amount it comes with. I may edit this review in a couple weeks after seeing my progress with it

No flavor BUT doesn't mix well

The product is flavorless! But it does not mix well, I have to mix it every sip or I'll get a bunch of granules in my mouth. Im not sure I'll buy it again because of that

Aint no flavour

I'm not British...I just like putting weird "u's" where they don't belong great drink powder...doesn't taste like anything but I can break karate boards now
