The Benefits of Beta-alanine, Anxiety Treatment
Beta-alanine is an amino acid that has gained attention for its potential benefits in physical performance and exercise endurance. However, it's important to note that these studies were conducted on animals, and further research is needed to determine if these findings can be translated to humans.
