I could not imagine my workouts without C4!
If you need a little something to improve your workouts then C4 is it! I have been using C4 before workouts for the past 5 years now and I seriously could not imagine my workouts without it. C4 helps improve my endurance during workouts, increases my energy and focus, and provides sufficient vitamin C to help improve your immune system. Personally, my favorite flavor is Pink Lemonade and is my go-to when ordering. The Fruit Punch flavor is a bit overwhelming to me, but I know some people really enjoy it. I have also tried the Strawberry Margarita and although it is tolerable, I still find it can't compare to Pink Lemonade. Just a warning: if you are not used to pre-work outs the effects can be a little alarming at first. Some effects include increased heart rate, sweating, itchiness or tingling, and Anxiety if you're prone to it. Personally, I don't get any of these effects aside from a bit of itchiness when I start to sweat, but it's tolerable and extremely mild. I highly recommend not allowing the possibility of these effects get in the way of having the best workouts of your life
