I'm hesitant to start off with this because I don't want to 'jinx' myself but I may have found a vitamin that I can take that doesn't make me 🤢 Mind, I am pretty vigilant about taking a bite or three of something before I take these vitamins. The problem is that - because I no longer eat breakfast (I've never been much of a breakfast eater... as a GenX born in 1971, we were mostly raised on cereal or pop tarts the early years and by high school - with our 2 hour big hair - just didn't have time for breakfast. So the pattern began - lol) and I believe it's always recommended that we take vitamins in the morning. So I might not be getting any or all efficacy when I take my vitamins at night with supper. I do take 2, though, in case that helps with efficacy 🤷ðŸ¼â€â™€ï¸ Easiest to swallow all-in-one I've ever taken âœ... No 'burp back' taste âœ... (no burp after, at all) SO FAR no nausea âœ...
