When I attempted to increase the dosage, my heartbeat became restless. In my previous experience with this supplement in gelatin capsules, it was challenging to measure any immediate differences. I use it to support my heart and am pleased with the effects. After increasing the dosage, my heartbeat became restless, but I find the supplement beneficial overall.
