Will never be without this product - Australia. I have had rheumatoid arthritis for over ten years. 2010 has been particularly difficult, but I have made significant discoveries. The first is that my pain largely disappears when I avoid gluten. Despite this, I still experienced severe pain in my feet and hands. While researching online, I learned about peripheral neuropathy and B12 deficiency, a possibility my doctors had never mentioned. Previously, I had supplemented with cyano B12 as I do not eat meat, but could not find methyl B12 in Australia. Long story short, after ordering Jarrow methyl B12 from iHerb, my pain virtually disappeared within days, allowing me to walk almost pain-free. I now need to address the damage done, but I also discovered intolerances to other foods, such as tomatoes, strawberries, and possibly dairy.

Sadly, after a week of use, he experienced persistent diarrhoea, possibly due to the magnesium content. I sincerely hope that the manufacturer's claim about the absence of gluten holds true. Unfortunately, it didn't suit us.
