This is what I drink constantly, and during a cold, I increase the dosage to 2-3 capsules per day. It helps a lot and the results are almost immediate. My immune system feels strengthened.

After regularly taking vitamin D3, I’ve noticed that both my child and I rarely catch a cold. My daughter used to attend kindergarten without a break from October to February, but now, she’s far healthier. I generally feel more cheerful as well. When I stop taking vitamin D3, I often experience discomfort in my back, but as soon as I resume, the pain disappears almost immediately. This improvement truly delights me.

This zinc is the best form, acting immediately at the first sign of a cold. I take one tablet combined with 1000mg of vitamin C, and I feel perfectly well by morning. It helps immensely. No colds, strong immunity. It is completely odourless and does not cause any disorders or bloating. Overall, this supplement does not have the negative aspects typically associated with garlic. It has helped me maintain a prolonged period without serious colds.

Ester-C is an excellent vitamin C variant that doesn’t irritate the stomach or mucous membranes. I notice an effect after about a week, including increased energy and improved mood. For colds, I take 1000 mg for better immunity, and I highly recommend it.

It's advisable to take up to 1000 mg per day, splitting it into two doses. Small doses are not beneficial, while 1000 mg demonstrates the best results, particularly during the cold season.
