Good vitamins without a strong smell! I tried these during my pregnancy and found them effective. Unlike Vitrum, which had an unpleasant taste, these are easy to swallow and don't leave a lingering aftertaste. After 2.5 weeks of taking them, my leg cramps ceased, and I’ve been sleeping better too. I recommend these for anyone seeking a decent product at a great price!

I have suffered from severe leg cramps, and after being advised to take this supplement for about 3 months, I noticed a reduction in pain. By the second month, the pain had entirely vanished! Previously, it was so intense that I struggled to walk, but now I can manage comfortably without issues. I will continue to take it.

I did not like this magnesium. It caused numerous side effects within a week, including insomnia and nightmares, even though I took it for deficiency. The quality seems poor, as the form of magnesium used is unfortunate. Although the capsules are a convenient size, they failed to alleviate my leg cramps. I've stopped taking it for three days now, and my sleep has just begun to improve. If this review was helpful, please like it. I wish everyone good health.

Of all the magnesium I’ve tried, this one was the least effective. I expected good, digestible forms of magnesium, but it turned out to be a standard oxide of questionable quality. I noticed no benefits, my sleep worsened, and leg cramps returned.

I began taking calcium as part of an allergy treatment and noticed it helped reduce leg cramps. It's vital to combine it with magnesium, vitamin D, and others to enhance absorption. While citrate is preferred, using lemon juice with carbonate can improve its effectiveness.
