Reduces headaches

I ordered this medication on my doctor's advice for daily headaches from my neck and back. After a few days, I noticed significant improvements; the headaches nearly vanished. This is likely due to its effect on blood vessels, relaxing their walls and enhancing blood flow. I take 1 tablet after breakfast, and it doesn’t induce nausea like other supplements. So far, there are no side effects. I highly recommend it and plan to order more.

Taking this supplement daily is entirely comfortable. I have no nausea at all; my stomach accepts the whole capsule perfectly. For me, this form is more suitable. There are no signs of selenium overdose, despite the high dosage. I've noticed that my overall condition improves when taking this selenium; I feel more vigorous, and my mood is more stable. I’m health-conscious, and selenium is beneficial for appearance too; they say it slows down the ageing process, which would be splendid. Hair growth is certainly accelerated; after a recent haircut, it grew back quickly, although I'd prefer thickness over speed at this point.

I'm very satisfied with this zinc supplement and plan to take it for three months. I haven't had any unpleasant sensations like nausea or dizziness, taking one capsule a day as suggested. The compact size is a bonus, and it's effective without needing water. No cons found so far.

Effective for nausea

This product worked well for my intestinal virus. I followed the instructions and by the next day, my nausea had almost disappeared, and there was no more diarrhoea. It’s beneficial as it's not an antibiotic or loperamide; it has anti-inflammatory and bactericidal properties. It forms a protective coating, enhancing the stomach's resistance to digestive acids. I plan to reorder since 40 tablets run out quickly.

O Allah, bless our Prophet Muhammad. I compared the ingredients to the regular orange one and it contains some different ingredients in varying proportions. You can feel the difference instantly. It's easier on the stomach, causing much less nausea, especially when taken without food. It’s best to take it after a meal. The benefits are incredible, as it contains everything, including vitamin D which I took separately before.

The 200 mg dose is excessive; it should be a maximum of 50 mg. After taking one capsule, I experienced terrible nausea, belly ache, and diarrhoea. It took me several days to recover.
