Mint Peppermint oil is used for hunger pains and an uneasy stomach; it’s good to add to shampoo and hair rinse. It aids with nausea when mixed with citrus essential oils in a diffuser. I use it on long car trips for excellent concentration. The quality is good and the smell is minty.

My nausea hack is to apply a drop or two of this behind my ears. It always eliminates the sick feeling within minutes. It tingles a bit, so be cautious if you have sensitive skin.

Subtle effects
I got this after hearing that diffusing peppermint oil helps with nausea. I’m not certain if it’s a placebo effect, but I’ve noticed my nausea fading after some time when using this in my diffuser.

I love the amount for the price! I use it for pregnancy morning sickness, which can occur anytime. A couple of drops on my bed or in the diffuser works wonders for my nausea.
