Instant relief from inflammation. I've read about this product online and heard their collagen comes from grass-fed cows and is kosher. It dissolves completely in both hot and cold liquids with no taste, even in plain water. I initially took it for inflammation in my joints, but found an unexpected benefit: my dry eyes are less dry. Collagen works from the inside out and improves digestion, providing protein and amino acids. With zero side effects, it's a great alternative to Ibuprofen. I did experience cramps when I upped my dosage while jogging, but now I can take as much as I like without discomfort. I found that since starting this product, I haven’t had any hot flashes, which may be coincidental.
