I got this brand because it is so difficult to find any B vitamin complex pill that has close to 100% of the MDR of all the B vitamins. Most of them exceed the MDR by way too much, in my opinion, if a person eats a varied and nutritional diet, and can be disturbing to the GI tract. This one met my requirements
