The vitamin is fantastic! We bought a large package and my entire family, all adults, drank it together. After taking it, my work capacity and immunity noticeably increased. We managed to get through spring without snot or cough, which is excellent. This yeast-free selenium is a major plus, especially for those with allergies. Selenium in tablet form has a noticeable smell, which I find unpleasant on an empty stomach. I typically take it for two months followed by a break, and I don’t exceed 100 mg. I’ve noticed a significant benefit to my immunity as I haven’t caught any viral infections during its use. Subjectively, my hair growth seems better too. As a smoker, I find my lungs feel much improved during this period, and I experience no cough from the cold, dry winter air. I have also used it for someone with chronic pancreatitis and they appeared to improve as well. Different brands don't feel much different, and buying 180 tablets is quite economical.
