These chewable tablets are easy to consume, and the mixed berry flavour is enjoyable, reminiscent of the old Flinstones Vitamins. You need only one tablet per day, which is a huge relief compared to other brands. This product effectively combines probiotics and immune support, especially important during flu season. I may not know much about the probiotic strains, but Culturelle has been a game-changer for my digestion and I heartily recommend them!
