Positive difference
I wanted to try a probiotic and chose this one for its immune benefits. I've noticed a digestive improvement, and when my kids caught colds (not Covid!), I didn't get sick. The price is reasonable, and the taste is slightly tart but bearable. I wish there were 30 servings instead of 28, but overall, it's a good product.

Fewer colds
