            Since high school, I've struggled with an upset stomach, to the point where I'd dread meals due to inevitable nausea and other discomforts. After my IBS diagnosis, my doctor recommended probiotics, which I've been taking for two weeks. While I still have occasional issues, it's drastically improved, and I can now enjoy meals again without the constant fear of nausea.
