I used a photo of the bag I had been using for years prior (the clear bag) which was stuffed to the gills. I was constantly having to choose which items I'd be okay to leave behind or make it JUST my pill bottles. I finally decided to splurge on an upgrade and I swear that I am in love with this bag. I carry a lot of medications, I deal with a plethora of chronic health issues that make traveling a big to-do because I am never sure if I'll need my bottles or just my planner. So I had to keep my topical stuff, OTC stuff and the little things you typically would consider self care for chronic illness separated from my pill bottles and it was a Headache and a half. Now, all of my OTC, RX and self care items fit in here PERFECTLY. I even have a little room to spare, so I plan on putting my wrist BP cuff in here and that's never been a possibility. The zipper compartments are able to be locked with a small combo lock if you're concerned about that (mine isn't on in the photo because I still haven't set my combo). The absolute only thing I would change is it not having a shoulder strap. Which, honestly, I can do that on my own and it may not be necessary for anyone else. I hope this was helpful
