For their immunity, we’ve been giving the children D3. They’ve been on this supplement for a short while, but I've already observed a strengthening of their immune system and improved memory. I caught a viral infection, likely the most common virus in 2020, and my symptoms were minimal, just a slight stuffy nose and general weakness that vanished in 2 days, unlike previous colds. I did double the dose those days, and upon returning to school, I noticed no drop in energy or lasting weakness. The children have been taking this supplement for a short time, but I’ve already noticed a strengthening of their immune system.
