Positive knee impact
Really good product! I decided to buy 3 packs (270 tablets altogether). It was probably the first week of the second month when I started to feel the impact. I definitely recommend taking it for a longer period, at least 3 months. I'm currently halfway through and really satisfied; I can feel the difference in my knees, which was the main reason for my purchase.

Improved mobility
Having undergone knee surgery, my grandmother was prescribed costly injections into the connective tissue. After considering various options, I suggested this glucosamine. Now she is taking three tablets daily and has regained mobility in her leg to the extent that she can now water the flowers herself. I would recommend this product to people I know and might even take it as a preventative measure myself.

This brand of Irwin Glucosamine + Collagen is of good quality! Co-purchasing with friends, they all remarked on having used these two brands. The effect is evident; my knees and skin have shown noticeable improvement.

Reduced inflammation
This Vegan Glucosamine is great for shellfish allergies and helps reduce inflammation. I play a lot of sport and, due to my allergies, I've avoided seafood. Almost immediately, I noticed a reduction in inflammation in my injured ankle, and a week in, the cracking in my knees has also diminished.
