The best vitamins for vegans. As a vegan and regular blood donor, I monitor my health closely. After taking these supplements annually in spring, I've noticed a significant improvement in my recovery post-donation (450 ml, four times a year). Vitamin D caution
It's okay. Overall, it's acceptable, but I experienced significant vitamin D deficiency after taking it, based on blood tests. I advise against relying solely on the vitamin D2 it contains and suggest considering vegan D3 supplements if sunlight exposure is limited.
