After years and years and years of issues with Diverticulitis, GERD, and IBS-D...these little gummies have been my salvation. I cannot say enough about them. I tried other probiotics, and have eaten yogurt, avoided so many foods...nothing seemed to help. I have no gall bladder, to add to the mix. But, when I decided to give these a chance...it was amazing the difference I experienced. My gastroenterologist says that you have to find the probiotic that will work with your system. Everyone's system is different. This is the one for me! I have been using them for 3 months now, and my life has changed. It has elevated my mood, given me energy, and allowed me to enjoy my life--NOT KIDDING! Grateful to have found something that finally works
