MUST HAVE for menstrual issues. I can't live without this during my cycle; it's a lifesaver for severe PMS symptoms. It alleviates cramps, mood swings, insomnia, hot and cold flashes, and tension headaches/neck tension. The comforting scent is an added bonus. I blend my oils but will continue to buy this.
