This is a great product! I really appreciate the roller ball applicator; it’s much easier to use than a dropper bottle. I rely on this for hot flashes and menopausal symptoms, and it has been very helpful.

Beware: this product may do nothing to alleviate your hot flashes. It made big claims for a hefty price tag, but it did not deliver for me. I had high hopes it might help, but it did not. Waking up multiple times every night due to hot flashes has taken its toll on my body and mind. Despite applying this product to various areas for a month, it did nothing to aid the amount or duration of my hot flashes. I wish there was genuine help available.

This oil saved me! I was suffering from non-stop hot flashes that prompted a visit to the doctor. Menopause was confirmed, and I just didn't know if HRT was right for me, but the hot flashes were driving me mad! Sleepless nights and waking up sweaty were so uncomfortable. After about two weeks of applying it, I noticed I wasn't waking up sweaty anymore. By week five, the hot flashes had stopped! I still apply it every morning and usually just inhale a big whiff before bed now. If I forget to apply, I only have one hot flash occasionally. The hot flashes are under control now, and the bottle lasts about two months.
