Helped my migraine. I experience a migraine before my menstrual cycle and afterwards due to hormonal changes, and this product helped alleviate the pain when applied to the back of my neck. It does not assist with menstrual pain but provides relief from some migraine discomfort. I purchase mine from a reputable seller on Amazon. Do Terra offers low-priced oils.
