BEWARE SUBSCRIBE & SAVE CUSTOMERS! THEY SENT ME 100 MG INSTEAD OF 200 MG
just a warning: I went to post office today expecting THREE bottles of 200 mg Doctor's Best COQ10, and what did I see? 1 bottle of 200 mg COQ10 2 bottles of 100 mg COQ10 I am trying to contact customer service which is a f*&&$ng hassle, so I'm taking a break and posting this. So if you are a subscribe & save customer who orders this, TAKE A GOOD LOOK AT THE LABEL. And to the over-worked, underpaid, exploited Amazon.com employees who filled me order, I am sorry but I cannot pay for something that I did not receive. Amazon: take care of your people so they can see the fine details. Even the sticker says "200 MG" but the bottle is 100 mg! ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH ***UPDATE**** That evening after trying to submit an email claim about this situation with no luck (it wouldn't allow me to select the product from my order), I hit the "chat" option. I was immediately connected with a Amazon.com customer service rep who was totally awesome. I think his name was Ken... gotta check! Anyways, he sent 2 bottles of 200 mg COQ10 to me and I received it within a week! I think the overworked folks in the warehouses just overlooked the fine detail on the bottle, so I hope they are not penalized as they are human afterall and have loved ones to feed and support.
