Nausea and heartburn
I’ve used CoQ10 for years without issues, but this version in capsule form is dreadful. After taking it with water, I feel nauseous and suffer from severe heartburn. There have been times I’ve had to burp it back up, leading to choking. I’m now stuck with unopened bottles, regrettably unable to return them. I wouldn't recommend this capsule form; gel caps are much better.

Heartburn risk
This is a great supplement, although it can cause heartburn if I don't drink enough water with it. After consistent use, I feel results that support body functions. Just be cautious about heartburn.

Improved heartburn
Works! Ubiquinone supports energy generation in mitochondria and becomes less available with age, leading to various health issues. I took it for two months at a dosage of 100 mg per day. My skin and overall well-being improved, however, I advise against this product if you are prone to heartburn.

Daily heartburn
I've used this product daily for three years. It contains pepper, which I find can cause heartburn if taken without food, but otherwise, it aids metabolism. I will continue daily.

Heartburn issues
I felt an energy boost by the second day, but I had to stop due to heartburn issues caused by the veggie caps. My parents, who have no stomach issues, seem to have more energy and better recollection from it.

Heartburn concern
I have been taking this for almost two months. Initially, I noticed a drop in my energy due to low blood pressure. The tachycardia I had due to green tea is now gone. However, I suspect bioperine is causing my heartburn.
