I was suffering from constant muscle stiffness and had tried various massages and exercises. Eventually, sleep became tormenting rather than comforting. At the pharmacy, the pharmacist suggested I might have a magnesium deficiency. After taking magnesium pills, I soon felt relief in my shoulders and neck. It was quite affordable and effective, so I hope this review helps you.

I have been taking this for over a year, consuming four tablets daily, and find it cost-effective. The best effect was the disappearance of my severe stiff shoulders. After skipping a few days, I realised how much I needed it, as the stiffness returned. Despite its large size, I am committed to taking it daily to keep the discomfort at bay.

Soothes headache effectively
1 people found this helpful
I feel great using this. It alleviated my stiff shoulders and relieved my headache. Magnesium activates bodily enzymes, but I found taking it 15-30 minutes before meals prevents stomach discomfort. I prefer one in the morning and at night, although two before bed leads to morning diarrhoea. Minerals typically have poor absorption, but this supplement works well.

My stiff shoulders and back pain, which resisted treatments like chiropractic and massages, have improved significantly. I believe I was lacking magnesium and found this supplement to be more effective than topical solutions. I must avoid taking it after a full meal to prevent diarrhoea.

Headache prevention

When I felt the onset of a migraine, taking half a tablet prevented further headaches. It’s helpful for stiff shoulders and eyeball fatigue as well. Unlike other magnesium types that cause laxative effects, this one has a good absorption rate and is easy to use.

Helps tight shoulders

Magnesium is good. My mother and I experienced a tightening in our neck and shoulders, leading to severe migraines. After taking this, my shoulder discomfort and headache significantly improved. It also helped ease irritability. I chose chelated magnesium for its good absorption, and I plan to continue purchasing it in the future.

High absorbency benefits
1 people found this helpful
The high absorbability of this magnesium is impressive; I felt the effects swiftly after consuming it, relieving my stiff shoulders. One tablet is 100mg, and although it’s suggested to take 3 to 4 tablets daily, I adjust this based on how I feel each day.
