Causes gastrointestinal upset
I bought this product because Company B's magnesium was sold out for a long time. While both products contain the same ingredients, this one is a regular tablet taken twice a day. Although smaller and easy to swallow, the melting in the mouth is not pleasant. Price-wise, I recommend it, but if Company B's stock is available, I won't repurchase. Unfortunately, it caused serious gastrointestinal upset for me including heartburn, severe vomiting, indigestion, and squeezing pain, which forced me to stop taking it.
