Magnesium affects rash treatment efficacy
We investigated how magnesium deficiency affects rash in hairless rats, which develop a severe, itchy rash resembling atopic dermatitis. In our study, we tested a derivative called SDZ ASM 981, given either systemically or topically. Remarkably, oral treatment with SDZ ASM 981 significantly cleared the rash within just one day.

Furthermore, this treatment reduced several inflammatory markers, showing promising results for both prevention and therapy. This indicates that magnesium's role might be crucial in managing similar skin conditions in humans, reinforcing the value of this rat model for effective treatment evaluation.

We investigated how a cream containing 2% magnesium affects diaper dermatitis in young children. In this clinical trial, 64 kids under two years old were divided into two groups: one used the magnesium cream combined with Calendula, while the other applied just the Calendula cream.

After comparing recovery times between both groups, we found that magnesium cream significantly helped in treating diaper rash. This suggests that magnesium can be an effective option for soothing diaper rashes and may also benefit other types of dermatitis.

Caused rashes again
It's just a supplement. I've ordered it several times, and it consistently caused rashes and skin irritation on my elbows. Perhaps this is due to my individual intolerance, but I was hoping for better quality than standard pharmacy magnesium. Unfortunately, it didn't suit me and the pills are too large and difficult to swallow. I switched to citrate magnesium and no longer have these reactions.

If it's not an Albion chelate, how can you be certain it is? It’s known that magnesium has unique benefits for our bodies, yet consumers often overlook which forms are safe and effective. Medical research suggests not to combine magnesium with other metals, alpha lipoic acid, arrhythmia medications, or certain B6 combinations. However, these limitations do not apply to magnesium in its chelated form, which is better absorbed. I began taking magnesium glycinate recommended by my doctor due to my insomnia and have since experienced improved sleep and an uplifted mood, alongside stabilised blood sugar levels and reduced hypertension. Additionally, my skin's red rashes have gradually diminished. It may take time for magnesium to show effects, but I hope my insights prove useful.

Rashes nearly vanished
I love this magnesium. The quality is excellent and the pills are easy to swallow. Within a few days, I noticed reduced anxiety, calmness, and better sleep. Almost all my facial rashes have disappeared, and I'm no longer experiencing joint and muscle pain. I'll only order this magnesium from now on!

Didn't fit me. After starting this, my shoulder pain and migraine improved, although the pills are large and difficult to swallow. Unfortunately, a rash and itching developed after about a week. It's unfortunate that it doesn’t suit me.

Skin rash noted
Excellent supplement! Magnesium glycinate absorbs easily and helped with my leg cramps. Initially, I tried 400 mg, but experienced side effects like a facial rash, as I tend to be allergic. I now take 200 mg twice daily and it’s worked wonders. I’m also purchasing it for a friend to see her results, and I appreciate the fast delivery and discounts!

Neck rash issue
Good, but it gave me a rash on my neck. I had struggled with sleep, but this magnesium enabled me to sleep through the night. Sadly, the rash and itchiness made me stop taking it; it cleared up after I halted usage.
