Magnesium oxide shows promise against EHEC
We investigated how a macroporous magnesium oxide-templated carbon (MgOC) could help combat Enterohemorrhagic E. coli (EHEC), a common foodborne threat. MgOC effectively adsorbed harmful Shiga toxins and secretory proteins that contribute to EHEC's virulence while not affecting the bacteria's growth itself. Notably, infected mice treated with MgOC showed an extended survival period. This innovative material didn't harm healthy cells or gut bacteria. However, it also absorbed several antimicrobial agents, suggesting it could be combined with specific antibiotics to improve treatment options against EHEC infections.

Magnesium has been my go-to for seasonal affective disorder and stress relief. I take it daily now, regardless of indications, as it helps with muscle spasms and sleep issues. This chelated magnesium works quickly, with noticeable results within a week. It's made a significant difference in my mental well-being.

I took this magnesium for prevention since I realised I wasn't getting enough from food. After a while, I felt more vigorous in the morning, and my muscle convulsions vanished. I'm also taking Omega 3 and vitamin D3, which might contribute to the overall effect.

Excellent! This magnesium has greatly improved my sleep since I started using it nightly. I used to rely on melatonin, but now I only use it occasionally. This magnesium doesn't upset my stomach, even when taken without food.

Twitching resolved

The eye twitching ceased after taking magnesium B6 from a Russian pharmacy. I used to need handfuls daily but switched to chelated magnesium from Aikerba, which ranked highly. After a month of taking 2 tablets with food at night, there were no side effects. Highly recommended!

Handling stress

Are your nerves acting up with eye or finger twitching? These signs may indicate a magnesium deficiency. With the stress of daily life, I include magnesium in my diet for health. It quickly absorbed, reducing issues like sleep problems and muscle contractions. I noticed its effectiveness within a week, which is unusual for me.

Severe side effects

Horrible side effects from this product! After a week of use, I felt confused, anxious, and nauseous, leading to vomiting and diarrhoea. It was so severe that I considered going to A&E. I stopped taking it immediately, and the symptoms subsided within a week. Never again!

Leg cramps relief

My leg cramps have stopped. A magnesium deficiency can lead to many conditions such as fatigue, anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, migraines, and muscle cramps. As it's difficult to get the required amounts through diet, supplements are necessary. Since I started taking Doctor's Best Magnesium, the cramps have ceased and I feel more energised. I only take one a day, not the prescribed two. Best value for money.

Mood elevation
After ordering this product again, I noticed improvements in sleep and emotional stability. Although I experienced slight nausea while taking it on an empty stomach, reducing the dosage and taking it with food helped. It’s good for emotional balance, though there can be side effects.
