Magnesium supplementation aids prevention
We explored how magnesium treatment impacts indigestion and metabolic disturbances in cows, comparing two herds with issues to a control group. Our observations showed that while the method of applying magnesium powder on pastures was ineffective, supplementing with magnesium oxide in feed was quite beneficial. Administering 50 grams per cow per day for 14 days before grazing effectively prevented hypomagnesemia. However, signs of metabolic issues and alkaline indigestion were still more pronounced in troubled herds compared to the control, indicating the challenges that persist despite treatment.

This magnesium formula is enjoyable. I have heart issues and rely on magnesium and omega Q10. Previous supplements caused unpleasant side effects like indigestion, but with Doctor's Best, no such issues occurred. Overall, I am satisfied with this product.

Best Magnesium is an excellent product from Iherba that helps provide a daily dose of magnesium without causing indigestion. I have noticed that my 10-year-old daughter's condition improved significantly after we shared these easily absorbed pills. The taste is pleasant and does not become tedious. It has also contributed to better, more restful sleep.

Be cautious! I experienced numerous side effects. Following my doctor's advice, I increased my vitamin dosage to address low magnesium levels. Despite various adjustments in dosage, I consistently woke up with severe headaches and facial swelling. After five days, I endured diarrhoea, bloating, and nausea – the worst side effects I've ever encountered! Even a young man who tried it had similar symptoms with headache and indigestion. I stopped taking it days ago, and symptoms are only just beginning to fade. Better to try another magnesium brand!

The chelated form of magnesium in these tablets is effectively absorbed by the body, which is crucial for restoring magnesium levels and ensuring relaxation. Importantly, I have experienced no side effects such as indigestion. Taking a magnesium pill at bedtime has helped me to fall asleep quickly and overcome my insomnia.

This chelated magnesium is my favourite! After trying many forms, I've concluded this one is best as it caused no indigestion or constipation. I enjoy excellent sleep and relief from anxiety and irritability. I take two tablets after dinner; they are large but easy to swallow.

Comfortable shape I have been taking Doctor's Best Magnesium for some time now and can share my experience. Pros: A form with good digestibility – it contains chelated magnesium (glycinate/lysinate), which is better absorbed by the body compared to magnesium oxide. A noticeable effect – after taking it, my sleep improved, leg cramps decreased, and I felt less stress and tension. It does not cause indigestion, unlike some forms of magnesium, and the tablet shape, although a bit large, is easy to divide in half.

No indigestion
I purchased this magnesium for my husband after reading many reviews. I can confidently say it's exceptional in chelated form; it does not cause indigestion and relieves stress, resulting in better sleep. It's beneficial to take it with vitamin B6. Stay healthy!

Reduces indigestion
I highly recommend this for those with diarrhoea and indigestion when taking magnesium. I struggle with other magnesium products due to loose stools, but this was much better. For those having trouble with magnesium due to these issues, take it immediately after meals to lessen indigestion.
