A big jar lasts me a week, and I am very pleased! I fall asleep quickly and don’t wake up at night. I've tried various types before with no help. This magnesium is the one that worked. I take 2 tablets an hour before bed. I suffer from chronic insomnia and used tranquilizers, which left me feeling strange in the morning.
