Good for nerves
I take magnesium regularly and tried this one for its easy solubility. However, it has an unpleasant taste, reminiscent of soda, making it hard to drink. Despite this, it might be as effective as other forms, as I've experienced good sleep and strong nerves. I likely won't reorder due to the taste, but the results for my autoimmune disorder were notable.
