Calm mood effect

I have been taking magnesium for over a year, but in powder form for six months. I drink it before bed, helping me fall asleep quickly. A can lasts me two months with daily use. I started on my nutritionist's recommendation. Magnesium has positively affected my body: I've noticed a calm, balanced mood during the day, deep sleep at night, and reduced irritability during PMS. The powder, dissolved in water, has a rather unpleasant taste, but you quickly get accustomed to it for the sake of the effect. I will continue purchasing it.

Improved calmness

I previously took magnesium in tablet form, which was difficult to swallow. Switching to powder was challenging at first due to the scent, but it becomes tolerable. Mixing it with juice may be better; I used water. The effects are excellent, similar to tablets, as I feel calm and experience no irritability or pain during PMS. I suppose the smell is just a part of the calm I feel.

Spasms relief

I decided to try magnesium in powder form; the taste is peculiar, so I added apple cider vinegar to make it more palatable. It effectively relieves smooth muscle spasms related to PMS. I prefer this form as tablets are harder to acquire, and it's more economical to adjust doses as needed. Plus, magnesium enhances vitamin D absorption.

Easier menstruation
I take magnesium courses, which normalise my sleep; I sleep soundly without waking up. This is vital as I share my space with a hyperactive cat. It's also easier for me to endure PMS and menstruation, which can be uncomfortably painful. With chelated magnesium, everything becomes more manageable. I'm sensitive to weather, and magnesium significantly reduces my reactions to changes. I experience no adverse effects.

Trustworthy formula
I cannot live without magnesium as it increases my progesterone production and greatly helps with PMS. The formula is excellent, with no additives—just magnesium glycinate and magnesium lysinate, which are gentle on the stomach. It also aids my sleep; I take one scoop before bed or during the day for period cramps, and it truly helps. I will continue to purchase this brand as I trust it completely.

Helps with insomnia

I'm deficient in magnesium, so I use it in powder form rather than tablets. It's essential for bodily functions and notably improves premenstrual syndrome, as well as helping with cold hands, feet, and insomnia. Being a powder, it's easy to adjust the dosage.

Affects calmness
Good quality powder that dissolves quickly, though sometimes it settles at the bottom. The specific taste requires patience, but it significantly affects my sleep and calmness. After workouts, my muscles hurt less, and PMS symptoms have eased, almost without nerves. I divide my daily intake into two doses: lunch and evening.
