Among the B vitamin components, the quality depends on how well the active ingredients are combined. This product offers a great mix for the price. If I’m deficient in vitamin B, I often get cold sores, but taking this vitamin resolves the issue rapidly. Although it has a slight medicinal smell, it’s an excellent product with a good price structure.
