No improvement in taste
After having a coronavirus infection, I turned to B vitamins to recover my senses. Despite using these vitamins, I noticed no improvement in my taste or smell, which is disappointing. The dosage might have been too low or the issue may not be due to a deficiency in vitamin B. I think I may need to explore other solutions for my ear infection.

Allergic reaction noted
I experienced an allergic reaction after starting this supplement for my ear infection. I took 1 tablet daily for 3 months, but after the first dose, my ears burned. The next day, my face and ears also burned, and this continued for several days. I stopped after experiencing burning sensations multiple times, despite my B12 levels increasing. Interestingly, there was no reaction when taken after meals.
