Cariban effectively relieves pregnancy nausea
We examined how Cariban, a combination of doxylamine and pyridoxine, helps alleviate nausea and vomiting during pregnancy. Using a controlled study involving 12 healthy women, we looked at how the modified-release capsules perform in the body compared to other forms.

Our findings showed that Cariban is absorbed quickly and maintains its effectiveness over an extended period. This makes it a reliable option for managing nausea in pregnant women, underscoring its value in clinical practice.

We examined a case involving an 82-year-old woman with advanced cervical cancer who experienced nausea and significant dietary intake decline. Her thiamine levels were critically low, indicating a deficiency that might have contributed to her condition.

After receiving 100 mg of thiamine intravenously, we observed notable improvements within a couple of hours. Her dietary intake increased significantly, from barely eating to nearly full meals. This suggests that addressing thiamine deficiency can positively impact the quality of life in patients receiving palliative care and highlights the importance of proper diagnosis.

We explored the effects of pyridoxine, or Vitamin B6, on nausea and vomiting during pregnancy, conditions known as NVP. By reviewing several studies, we found that Vitamin B6 supplementation, whether on its own or combined with other treatments, showed notable improvements in reducing nausea.

Out of 18 studies examined, eight demonstrated that pyridoxine alone is effective, while six indicated positive results when it was paired with other therapies.

Overall, our findings suggest that Vitamin B6 can be a helpful option for pregnant women dealing with these uncomfortable symptoms.

It helped me! A geneticist prescribed these capsules due to my increased homocysteine levels. After two months of taking these vitamins, my levels fell, and I successfully became pregnant. I recommend taking them after meals to avoid nausea.

Buy it! Unlike most supplements, this medicine doesn’t induce any nausea for me at all. I've never missed a dose since starting it, which is an achievement considering my dislike for medication. This is an honest review. I highly recommend it.

Pyridoxine shows potential for PONV
We investigated whether pyridoxine, or vitamin B6, could help reduce postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) in patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery. In our study, patients were split into two groups: one received pyridoxine while the other got a placebo.

Those who took pyridoxine, alongside standard medications, reported lower levels of nausea post-surgery. While the results show promise, further research in varied populations is essential for a more definitive conclusion.

Nausea from capsules
Good composition, fast delivery, high-quality packaging. However, the capsules are a bit large but swallow easily. I've noticed the benefits since taking this alongside other supplements; I had frequent headaches and nausea, which have now diminished. My mood has improved significantly too, and I recommend it, especially for fitness enthusiasts.

I'm very pleased with the fast delivery and high-quality herbal composition. Though the capsules are slightly large, swallowing is easy. I've been taking one daily with meals alongside vitamin D3+K2 and magnesium. After 10 days, I've noticed significant benefits; my frequent headaches and nausea have diminished, my energy has increased, and my mood is excellent. I recommend it, especially for those interested in fitness or dieting.

Nausea increases regularly
11 people found this helpful
I felt sick while taking 1 capsule every day. I developed a red rash on the back of my hand that vanished as soon as I stopped taking it. Although it was a waste, I switched to every other day. This time, nausea appeared after consumption. Even if vitamins are water-soluble and excess should be excreted, excess fat-soluble vitamins seem to cause such symptoms, likely from folic acid. I think there's variation due to capsule size, but I've never experienced such symptoms before with supplements or medicine.

It's a great product, but taking it without enough food can cause nausea, so be sure to eat!

Eye strain relief

Eye fatigue can lead to a dull pain encasing my head, which extends to my neck and causes nausea. However, taking this product and avoiding use for the rest of the day has allowed my symptoms to improve the next day. If I continue taking it, I don't feel much eye fatigue, and stomach issues aren't present, suggesting it suits me well.

Highly bloating effect

Not satisfied. Severe bloating; it has very high amounts, and everyone in my family experienced bloating and nausea after taking it. I recommend another brand with fewer doses.
