I started taking this supplement about two months ago to assist with arthritis in my fingers and sciatica pain. I can't pinpoint when the pain subsided; one day I just realised, “wow, I haven’t had pain in a while!” ALA, combined with specific exercises for my sciatica, has provided me with considerable relief. The arthritis in my fingers is nearly gone.

Pain relief success
Wonderful! Excellent quality! I have osteoarthritis and possibly other issues (it’s difficult to ascertain in my country). My shoulder and two fingers ached considerably. After a few days of taking ALA, the pain diminished. A dietary change might have also helped, but I believe ALA significantly alleviated the pain and inflammation. I 100% recommend it.

Lessening observed
I have an autoimmune condition, milder compared to most, but with age, arthritis pains have increased. Originally recommended for carpal tunnel syndrome, it had some effect. After surgery on both wrists, I ran out of ALA; the arthritis in my thumbs and wrists reminded me they were present! I've recently resumed ALA and have noticed a reduction in pain.
