The Doctor's Best Alpha Lipoic Acid is an excellent product. I take it daily to manage toxins in my body while addressing Candidiasis, and I find it works remarkably well.

Caused adverse reactions
This acid was unsuitable for both my husband and me. After taking it, I developed thrush, and my husband experienced a rash on his shoulders. When we discontinued its use, all symptoms resolved. Therefore, I cannot recommend it.
